Black was added to the scene using a Colorbox Stylus tool. Much of the tone was added to frame off the scene but in some areas shadows were added such as the area beneath the trees and around the stream rocks.

Ranger Industries Distress Ink "Antique Linen" was added to the scene using a Colorbox Stylus tool. This color added a tint to the scene giving the surface a depth and richness without darkening the scene too much. This particular color is nice as a tint as it has that sepia style of hue but is also very light as to not darken the scene too much --as it's already fairly dark with the black toning. I like a rustic hue like this for rustic imagery such as the mill.

Add sparkle and highlights to your scene with Milky Gel Rollers. In this case white was used. These highlights added little points of twinkling light to the clouds, trees, rocks, water and to the top of the mill.
