Artist's notes: Multiple layers of dye based inks glazed over glossy card stock were used to achieve these results. The boulders used the following dye based inks: Adirondack Mushroom, Adirondack Carmel, Marvy Ochre, Marvy Dark Brown, Adirondack Espresso. The water began with Sea Shells Ocean Aqua, then Sea Shells Pool, and two colors of the Adirondack Mountain Lake Rainbow ink pad. The water pattern was also stamped in Adirondack Mountain Lake Rainbow ink pad. The sky was colored with Sea Shells Conch Shell, Sea Shells Seashell Pink, PSX Wedgewood, Adirondack Denim, and Adirondack Eggplant. The Cumulus clouds were originally stamped in Adirondack Denim, and then lastly over stamped in black. The water foam was created with slightly watered down warm white acrylic paint and a fairly dry brush. After it was dry a small amount of sparkle varnish was added to the foam.
