"Hidden Lake" by Toni Keel, MT 2006

Instructions:
1. On non-glossy cardstock tap lightly using Color Box Pigment Cat Eye's repeatedly from middle top down to about 1/3rd from bottom, after each application of color, rub lightly with (Kleenex) tissue in circles. Starting with lightest colors, graduating to darker colors, dry naturally or with heat tool, add a few lighter colors, again drying, before stamping images. Colors used: Cream White, Oyster White, Eggshell White, Parchment, Lt. Pink, Apricot, Sunflower, Parchment.
2. Stamp #22F Twisting Pine with #1 Black Marvy Matchables - one image on each side of card.
3. Stamp #052C Leafless Limbs with #1 Black marvy Matchables at different angles on botom left and right corners several times.
4. With the Stamp-a-ma-jig, line up #046A Jumping Bass with #071E Rocks & Reeds, stamp Bass first, then Rocks & Reeds on top, both with #1 Black Marvy Matchables.
5. Use Marvy Brush Art Markers and lightly follow lines of #071E Rocks & Reeds with #72 Pine Green. On #052C Leafless Limbs do same with #6 Brown.
6. With Stamp-a-ma-jig reposition #222F Twisting Pine, on card. Color stamp on rubber back - one side of branches with 372 Pine Green Marvy Marker and other side (of same stamp) with #34 Pale Green, so the pale green is towards center of card & #72 Pine Green is facing the outsides of card. Add #6 Brown and ink trunk in obvious parts. May have to "huff & puff" stamp to keep moisture on it, then stamp Pine directly on top of first stamped Twisting Pine image.
7. Tap Color Box Cat Eye's Pigment Ink - Green around sides and bottom of card, dry. Tap Cat Eye's Pigment Ink - Hunter Green over the Green, but closer to the edges of card. If need be, tap Green more towards middle of card. This will create a lightness of the fog. Dry.
8. Reinforce light in center by applying Color Box Pigment Ink - Oyster White & Cream White.
9. With #030C Fir Tree and #34 Pale Green Marvy Matchables, color all of #030C Fir Tree except the trunks. Stamp once off card then twice (repeat stamping - without reinking stamp) in middle of card randomly.
10. When card is dry, layer onto 2 different green shades of cardstock, creating a 5" x 7" card.

Note: If creating for celebration, stamp saying vertical in middle of card, or leave as is.-TK
