NIGHT SKY

Add drama to your scenes with any one of the night images. The Cloud w/Moon Lg 106G is used in this scene & the Cloud Bar 119F fills in the remaining area w/cloudy texture. The Tonal Applicator 084E is used to shade in the surrounding space to darken the clouds thus illuminating the moon. Bare Branch Lg. 122F is used for foreground to frame the moon. Leaf Sprig 127A foliates the branches. Flock 112A adds depth.

A Star Cluster 118E rises above a Palm Island 120F. The clusters were layered in a lime green tone. The Tonal Applicator 084E was used to layer hue in progressively darker tones from yellow to dark green around the central stars. Cloud Bar 119F was used to add more texture to the sky in dark green. Palm Island was stamped in a dark hue to contrast against the bright sky. An extra fine opaque white paint pen (these days I use gel pens) adds sparkle to the surroundings
Palms swaying in the night air. Palm Stalks 123F with Frond #1 136C, Frond #2 137C, and Frond #3 138C are silhouetted against a sky filled with the Nebula w/Star 114G. The nebula was stamped in a magenta tone and with the Tonal Applicator 084E, hue was glazed on to the card to blend the image with it's surroundings. Being careful not to stamp out the nebulosity, the T.A. was used up to the point where the light begins. Palms were added in dark hues.
