First of all, the dragging with the reinker inks for the background. Secondly, I used three stamps like a texture stamp or Tonal Applicator (Cloud Bits, Tall Grass Small, and Sedge Filler) to create texture in the sky and snow. I also stippled Moonlight White Brilliance over lower sky and horizon line to soften the transition and create the illusion that it was snowing. The horizon itself was created using just the top of soft hill on the left, and just the bottom of the same stamp on the right.
