"Light" 1997. Dye based colours, Studio 2 pens, Glossy card stock, White Opaque.

It's the light that always seems to bring me back to you. It's a light not only of sight but also of sound and feel. It's a light of constant change.

Scene 1) Pines with Rocks 195G, Pine Island 207E, and Rocky Peaks 188F make up the foundation.

Scene 2) Lakeside Cove 048E and Tall Peak 182G.

Scene 3) Lakeside Cove Lg. 049G, Pine Row 150E.

Note: Three views of the lake: Additional components have been added to the Stampscapes line, in the 1997 release, to extend/complement the existing "pine lake" scenery. In each scene Oak Branch 203G and Rocks & Leaves 206E are used to add spatial depth and to frame off the compositions. To add texture to the scenes, the soft billowing puffs of Cloud Cumulus 018E was added in each. In scene one, where there wasn't much room above the mountain to place the cloud, the cloud was added in the water to represent a still and reflective surface. Three similar compositions? Three very different compositions? You decide.
