Stampscapes 102: Learn new ways to create with Stampscapes. Work with color to give depth and perspective to your landscapes. Learn how the Colorbox Applicator tools and sponge tips can be used to create spectacular lighting and special effects. You will use the results to make some spectacular cards that you will have trouble giving away. You'll want to go home and make more so you can have some for yourself and some to share with special friends.
Stampscapes 103: Learn several new techniques, including stamping directly in color. Also, create perspective and 'atmosphere' by combining size and color differences. Use cotton swabs and small sponges to place color with precision.
Stampscapes 104: Learn how to use Stampbord© to create special scene elements which can be used on cards as embellishments for: altered art, book pages or gifts. Make 1 card, a nametag, hand-lettered by Eleanor and 2 elements for other uses, such as pieces for cards, magnets or pins.
Stampscapes 105: Stampscapes with Brilliance Technique. Use Brilliance Inks over Stampscapes images to create those fabulous shimmery scenes on black card stock. This is fabulous for "night" scenes and winter effects. (Christmas card season is only a few months away!!) This technique is great for "Guy" cards.
Stampscapes Stamp-a-Thon: A special STAMPSCAPES STAMP-A-THON, open to any customers who have already taken at least 2 of our STAMPSCAPES classes. Bring your own stash of Marvy ink pads, Tonal Applicator and Colorbox stylus tools and come join in the fun! Participants will be able to use ALL of our demo stamps and create to their heart's content. We will supply each student with 40 glossy cards to experiment with. Our STAMPSCAPES specialist, Linda Standart, will be in the classroom to coach you and provide assistance.
I am enjoying your website and learning to use these fabulous stamps. I take classes with Linda Standart, in Piedmont, SC. I am NOT an experienced stamper (YET!), but I'm having lots of fun learning so many creative techniques from Linda, who is a very good teacher, by the way. She is very patient and makes one feel that ANYbody can create a project to be proud of, even as a beginner. Linda is so enthusiastic about Stampscapes, and all of us who visit the store are pleased that more of the Stampscape classes are now being offered.
