Scene by Darsie Bruno, NY 2009

I stamped the images with Stone Grey StazOn ink onto 140 lb watercolor paper. I then used Derwent Watercolor Pencils and an Aqua Pen to paint the scene. I took the wet brush to the pencil tip, then applied the color, instead of coloring on the paper then applying water. I can't decide if I like watercolors. I kept trying to get darker, intense colors. I'm going to re-do this scene using my inks and see how it looks.
