Mother Moon cooled the marble steps for the snail's approach, strung, as she was, on a necklace of stars. The lowly snail struggled to shoulder its nautilus shell, as it traversed the webbed altar. Mother Moon's glow betrayed the snail's stealth, exposing a jewel-encrusted, glazed path.
