Add various surrounding foliage to complete the scene. Soften the edges of your horizontal and vertical formatted cards by adding blades of grass, leaves, etc. coming in from the sides. Add texture to your water scenes with the Water Pattern design by layering light tones of ripples across you lakes and various bodies of liquid. Start with light tones and work into darker tones. Water generally reflects the colors of the sky but as in all stamping, artistic license is yours. If you want texture but not as much movement on your watery surfaces try one of the Water Ripples designs
