1) Stamp in black Stayz-on. 2) Smudge white gel pen over grassy areas adding hills, covering rocks, the mill roof, and pine trees in the foreground. 3) Color the mill with colored pencils. 4) Use a stipple brush to apply various shades of blue over the entire scene. 5) Add small white gel pen dots for snow.
