Looks great in a still/calm water scene. I like using it on one value darker than the area that I'm going to stamp it into. For example, if I'm doing a warm toned sunset scene and my lake is in yellows and oranges I might stamp the ripples in a red-orange. Or if I'm stamping out blue waters where my water is in light blue, I might stamp these ripples in a medium blue. Adds surface and texture to scene and thus adds to the richness of the overall.
